1) Read together Matthew 7:13-29. What is one thing that stood out to you from these verses?
2) Jesus used alot of compare/contrast scenarios in these verses, why do you think he did this?
3) Discuss the wide road that leads to destruction and the narrow road that leads to life. What road are you currently walking down? In  John 14:6,  Jesus plainly stated " I am the way the truth and the Life"  In what way does this verse relate to the wide and narrow road?
4) In verse 20, it says you will recognize them by their fruit. Then in verse 21, Jesus focuses on What good fruit produces. He says that obeying God is real fruit. What kind of fruit are you producing? Is your life consistently characterized by following Jesus?
5) Jesus talked about 2 kinds of builders. One was wise and the other foolish. In what ways have you seen people being foolish? In what ways have you seen them being wise? Do you think you are building your house on the rock or the sand?

Lord help me to follow you with all my heart. I want to produce fruit that is good and pleasing in your sight. Help me to build a foundation the is built on the rock. You are my rock!!
